Famous treasure hunter Jackson Slate has set out to recover the fabled Lost Gold Of Cortez off the coast of a remote Caribbean island. New chasms, stretching kilometers under the old ocean bottom, are produced by blasting through decades of sediment using dynamite. From here, an old evil is awakened, that rapidly, ruthlessly, and without warning, wrecks Jackson s boat and murders his crew. The solitary survivor of the massacre, Jackson partners up with marine scientist, Sarah, to journey back to the site to examine the (view page) tragic occurrences. My Review: Poseidon Rex. Poseidon Rex is what happens when a person who has never heard of a plesiosaur tries to attempt to build an unholy combination of Jurassic Park and Jaws. How is a dinosaur transformed into a marine monster? Simple! Put fins on that sumbitch and turn it become a T-Rex. Probably gives you a sense of the film's quality...
